Ordering and delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 3 days of the date the order is processed (payment is taken). It may take up to 4 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Please check thoroughly before accepting the product. If the product is damaged, seal is broken or any parts are missing inform it to our sales agent. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages once you accept the product we don’t do an exchange.

Payment methods

Charges:  Rs.300 per kilo gram, for every additional 1 kg Rs. 50 will be charged.
Pronto – COD (Cash on Delivery) – Charges : Rs.300 to 400 per kg, for every additional 1 kg Rs.50 will be charged.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on any purchased good. All the exchanges can be done within 3 days with original receipt.

The product should be in original condition as mobile phones to be in seal box.
If the mobile phones seal box is broken/opened the return Policy may not be applicable.
